Summary: Room was not ready had to wait 2 hrs before checking in, had a drink in the lobby while we we waiting and were charged for the privilege, staff did all they could to make up for it offered to send a bottle of Prosecco to the room which did not arrive until later when we were out, to top it off when we got into bed later that evening we found the bed was broken. As we only stayed one night it wasn’t too much of an issue but was disappointed after booking such a nice hotel for my birthday
