Comfortably stay in this beautifully updated 1955 mid-century home. Only 10 minutes to all the attractions of Downtown Denver and 15 minutes to the foothills. This 3 bed and 2 bath has many original designs and updated finishes. Enjoy the breathtaking Colorado evenings in a large backyard with a dining area and fire pit.
