2,500 sq. ft. very open floor space for families to spend time together, but with private room for TV watching, and a glass porch for games, watching the sun set, or just an overflow of the family room. There is a large deck with plenty of seating, shaded by a couple of beautiful Maple trees for barbecuing and dining, with access from the glass porch and family room. This area sits high, stays cool and overlooks the lake.
The lower level has the family room with comfortable seating, reading chair, TV, window wall, skylights, fan, and fireplace. The large remodeled modern kitchen has white glazed maple cabinets with all the amenities, next to the kitchen is the dinning room that all connect and overlook the lake. There are two private bedrooms one with king the other queen bed, also one full and one half bath on the main floor
Upstairs has two large bedrooms, one with king and bunk bed, the other with a queen bed. All the bedrooms upper and lower level, but one, have tall open ceilings with fans. There is a laundry room and a bright large full bath too on the upper level.
The house sits on a large tree lined almost one acre lot, on a private road, 90' of lakefront to enjoy a beautiful sunsets, and the Institutes Bell Tower to ring in the day. We have a dock for fishing and a 3,000 lb. Boat lift may be made available upon request, but does not accommodate a pontoon boat, with ample notice for $75.00 per week extra.
