Summary: we had neighbors accross from us who had dogs that barked non stop. I told the fromt desk and come to find out theyve had numerous complaints over a good amount of time because the people have lived there a year. Why would you ignore guest’s complaints rather than get rid of the problem dogs? Are new guests not important enough they don’t deserve to sleep without being woke by barking dogs all night? 4th floor dont go up there if you want to sleep at all.
