Large, luxury, well equipped, log cabin in the beautiful Sacramento Mountains with Scenic views and plenty of room for the entire family. The Spacious main cabin features a sprawling wraparound deck with plenty of room for the kids to run and a newly remodeled elegant kitchen featuring state of the art appliances. The cabin's 3 large bedrooms and queen hide a bed, comfortably sleep 10. The lower well furnished apartment has been completely remodeled and is equipped with and well furnished . The one bedroom unit sleeps up to 6 easily with bunk beds and a queen hide a bed.
No pets allowed. If any pets are discovered on the property or traces of a pet you will be charged $200. Our home is pet free so we can accommodate everyone.
If you claim you have a “Service Animal “ and any traces of the animal are left behind in our home you will also be charged $200 for extra cleaning.
Emotional support , therapy , comfort and companion animals are not consider Service animals per the American Disabilities Act.
This is our home and we choose not to allow animals for our own personal reasons. This has been communicated with VRBO and supported.
The $250 cleaning is a standard cleaning fee. Any messes that are left such as food all over our home or food splattered all over the stove and wall , etc. there Will be an extra cleaning charge added. If you can’t treat our home as it was yours , please find another to stay at.
Please no smoking- If any cigarette butts are found at our home and have to be picked up , there will be a $25 charge for extra cleaning.

If storing trash in building temporarily please make sure its bagged and the door is latched shut to keep animals out. There will be a $100 fee for any trash left or picked up, this is extra cleaning.
Please wash and put all dishes away. Leave NO dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher. There will be a $50 charge for any dirty or clean dishes left that have to be washed, dried and put away, this is extra cleaning.
Please Place all dirty towels and sheets from Used beds only in laundry room .
Do not remove comforters or blankets from bedrooms or mix linens from bedrooms.
During winter months it is recommended to have an Awd, or 4wd vehicle, and or snow chains. Please plan accordingly. We are not responsible for you getting stuck or snow removal.
