THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Frankfort Avenue's restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and boutiques are a few blocks away. Downtown is about 10 minutes by car, Churchill Downs about 15, and the airport about 15. Uber and Lyft are quick to arrive, and rentable scooters are usually close by.
PARKING AND CHECK-IN
The street spots directly in front of the house are reserved for you, with more street parking along the road. The driveway belongs to the downstairs unit. Check-in is self-serve with a keypad.
GOOD TO KNOW
This is the upper half of a duplex. The front porch and backyard are shared with guests staying downstairs, and while the house is soundproofed, you may hear them now and then.
The unit is reached by stairs, and there is no elevator.
