Our newly renovated pet-friendly cottage is located on Lake Sunapee on a private road. The house is part of a small lakeside community that shares a private lakeside beach, and is also just 1/2 mile away from beautiful Sunapee State Beach and Sunapee Mountain, a Vail resort included on the Epic Pass and perfect for autumn hikes. The mountain has an extensive network of well-marked trails for hikers of all levels, as well as an archery area.
While the cabin is rustic, blending in with its setting in the New Hampshire forest, it provides all of the modern comforts one would expect to find in a modern hotel or home.
As design professionals familiar with the requirements of the hospitality industry, we provide hotel-grade white cotton linens that are bleached in between each guest stay, as are all duvet covers, throw blankets, bath mats, and towels. High-end toiletries are also provided, from quality shampoos, body wash, etc to extra toothbrushes and shaving cream. Necessities such as children's Tylenol, Benadryl, ibuprofen, Band-aids, and baby wipes are provided so your vacation time can be spent with your family and friends and not on trips to the store!
The kitchen is well-stocked with a variety of both standard and artisan cooking oils, herbs and spices, and standard pantry items. Appliances and gadgets are plentiful! For foodies with specific requests and requirements, please do not hesitate to ask and we are happy to accommodate!! Summer stays are 7 nights minimum; winter is flexible, please message us about your preferred dates.
