Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: The home has two separate living areas that easily accommodates multiple families. Fantastic balconies and porches provide lake views and extensive outdoor gathering space.

The gorgeous kitchen, with stainless appliances and double sinks, centers around a bright blue island for prep space and extra bar stool seating. Relax in the family room, where a stylish mix of blue-and-white prints and solid upholstery complete the beachy, sophisticated look. SLEEPING QUARTERS: Comfortably sleeping 12, the home easily accommodates several families. A first floor bedroom with queen-size bed works well for those who wish to avoid the stairs. The spectacular, 2nd-floor primary suite features a king-size bed, hardwood floors, and private porch, as well as a luxury primary bath with a soaking tub, separate shower, and beautiful tile work. The spacious, 2nd-floor bunk room has built-in bunks that sleep four comfortably. A fourth bedroom with a king-size bed and happy color scheme opens to its own private, covered porch with lake views and rocking chairs. The 3rd-floor sun room offers a day bed with trundle to accommodate more guests.
GREAT FEATURES: With 1,000 square feet of outdoor covered porches and a lakeside eating area, parents can relax while watching the kids catch fish off the dock of beautiful Lake Colby.
