Beautiful home on the lake has three floors with approximately 3000 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 5 baths. On the main floor, you’ll find two master suites, each with a queen bed, kitchen, dining, family area, as well as a large laundry room with full size washer/dryer and full bath. Upstairs, you’ll find a large open loft area with a family/TV space and bedroom with two full sized beds, as well as a three quarter bath. Downstairs you’ll find a walkout basement, with a sports themed TV/family room, complete with a bar sink and refrigerator, full bath, and office area.
Outside, there is a large deck off the main floor with beautiful views of the lake. There is a grill and Adirondack chairs for relaxing on the deck. The lake is a short walk down the hill and there is a dock that a boat can be tied to. Sugar Creek marina is just around the corner, less than ½ mile away! There is a little ladder attached to the dock that flips down for easy access to the water for swimming. The cove is quiet and calm, family friendly.
