This beautiful 4 bedroom home in the central Eaton's Ferry Estates neighborhood overlooks Big Stonehouse Creek, just off of main Lake Gaston. The house has four bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, situated around a large, open great room that overlooks the lake. There is a large 55" TV connected to a blu-ray player and a computer for online streaming. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is an additional beverage fridge in the pantry.
The house comfortably sleeps 8; there are also two folding cots to accommodate up to 10 people.
Outside, relax on the huge recently built covered deck, which allows for enjoying lake views in all sorts of weather. Just off the gently sloping pathway to the lake is a large fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows. The two-level boathouse lets you play in the water during they day, and stargaze from the top at night. There are two paddleboats, two SUPs, a two-person kayak and a one-person kayak available for your use, along with numerous noodles/floats. Bring your boat and tie up next to the dock; there is a community boat ramp less than half a mile down the street.
The house is located in the lovely Eaton's Ferry Estates neighborhood, convenient to groceries, fuel, and a number of local restaurants. Big Stonehouse Creek is just off the main lake and protected, so even when the main lake gets busy, the quieter, but still spacious creek can be a great place for water sports.
