Perfect location and very comfortable for long stays for business or vacation. Spacious for up to 6 people. Welcoming decor and furniture. Full and very well stocked kitchen, spacious dining table for 6, large den with Smart TV, living room to relax or read your favorite book, washer & dryer and 2 guest entrances, one entrance on main and one in basement near parking area. Parking is spacious for up to 3 cars and backyard is fenced.
Downtown Hickory: Sidewalks, Foundation YMCA & near lots of great restaurants and shopping.
Very comfortable home with everything you need for your stay. Room darkening shades and curtains to block light for a great nights sleep. Very good heat and cooling system. Tilt in windows with screens are great in spring and fall with our beautiful weather.
Main level offers: Primary suite with/King bed/Smart TV, 2 additional bedrooms w/Queen beds & Smart TVs. 2 full baths, kitchen w/full size refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, den w/Smart TV, living room & Dining Room seating for 6.
Entrance: main level entrance with sidewalk from driveway, basement door by driveway leads to stairs to main living area.
Basement: private entrance to stairs leading to main area.
Laundry: Washer/dryer in separate area of basement w/folding table & hanging racks. This area of the basement is also used for the owners lawn equipment and other items. Owner will let you know before they access the basement.
Parking: driveway for up to 3 cars
