Four bedroom unit which sleeps 12 in the Townes section of the gold star resort of King's Creek from July 11-18. Great for families travelling together! It is basically two 2-bedroom units with a front foyer so the units can be joined together or locked so they can be kept separately. Each half of the four bedroom unit has a King Bed in the Master Bedroom, Queen Bed in the second bedroom, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the sunroom which is a separate room and can be closed off from the living room area making it like a third bedroom for each half of the unit. There is a Master bathroom and a full size bathroom in each half of the unit for a total of 4 bathrooms. Each half of the unit has a full kitchen (2 total for the unit), a living room which is separate from the sun room so you can still use your living room if someone is sleeping on the queen size sofa in the sunroom, Washer & Dryer, and Free Wi-fi. The unit is right across from a swimming pool that is sectioned off into 3 sections based on the depth making it nice to keep younger children in more shallow water, a splash pad, and barbeque grills.
