Charming and spacious home in the best possible location, secluded but only 5 minutes from downtown Ruidoso and 1/8th of a mile from Highway 70 on paved road with well maintained fenced backyard! Secured porch and fenced backyard.
Single story home has a great view of the mountains from every bedroom! Large deck for sipping your morning coffee and grilling in the afternoon.
Master bedroom has queen bed with en suite, and couch for lounging. The second largest room has king bed, third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth a full bed. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Entire house has original wood floors, only throw rugs. Professionally cleaned after each guest.
Street is graded and accessible in winter without a 4wd vehicle, with 2 entrances from highway 70.
