Guests that have booked a stay have agreed to the house rules:
- Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors. We have cultivated a strong relationship to continue to host Airbnb guests. For noise / neighbor complaints guests will be fined or asked to leave the property without a refund.
- No parties &|or events, glitter, tape, or confetti unless agreed up on prior to reservation.
- No smoking (vaping) or open flames of any kind. This includes incense.
- Please no loud music or noise after 9 PM.
- Please make sure ALL guests are registered. No photoshoots filming projects unless agreed upon when booking.

HOT TUB:
Please rinse off and remove all lotion and bronzers in the shower BEFORE you get in. Please NO oils, lotions and ESPECIALLY bronzers or any substance in the hot tub. It will cause the water to get cloudy, murky and unuseable. No sexual activity in the hot tub. To keep the hot tub enjoyable for everyone, water that becomes unusable due to misuse will require a water change and a corresponding fee.

- Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the exterior of the property.

Guests will be charged for missing or stained bath towels, comforter, sheets, or pillows as we do not have commercial machines like hotels.
