There is Garden District security included as well as fridge, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and the bathroom has a clawfoot tub/shower The third bedroom is in a private parlor which can also be the dining room. Please respect my home and neighborhood is all I ask. No parties at the house please. There's plenty to do in New Orleans if you want to party. If you have a problem, please give me a call.

There's one parking spot on street in front of the home or across the street has many spots. Please don't park in front of the neighbors homes, they don't like that.
Also do not do laundry before 9am or after 9pm if you desire to do laundry.
House quiet hours are posted on the front and back doors, please abide by them as you are the only ones on vacation, the neighbors still have to work in the morning, PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL!!!
