Enjoy the new open floor plan downstairs! The crisp new kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry offering lots of storage, beautiful quartz counter tops, and tile flooring. Beyond the kitchen is the living and dining area which offers a new wine bar, complete with an under counter cooler. The dining area offers seating for four while the living room boasts a 65" large flat-screen TV with Blue Ray, and DVD and direct access to the porch with lovely ocean and pool views! Also downstairs is a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a 32” flat screen television, a bath (with a hairdryer!) shared with the hall, and a laundry room.
The master suite upstairs offers a king bed, 32” LCD flat screen television, a private bath (with a hairdryer!) There is covered parking underneath and access to a community pool.
This is a second floor unit with two flights of stairs to the front door. WiFi. Linens. No Smoking. No Pets.
