A washer and dryer are located in the unit. The living room has a 55" LG SMART HD TV above the fireplace with comfortable seating for viewing. The roomy balcony with plenty of outdoor seating/dining makes a perfect area to enjoy a glass of wine or peak and see if the Gulf waters are calm.
The Master bedroom has vaulted ceilings with King sized bed, a love seat in sitting area, 42" LG SMART HD TV and ceiling fan. The spacious and brightly lit en-suite bathroom has two vanities with marble counters and a large, glass-enclosed shower.
The guest bedroom is furnished with two full/double beds, television with gaming console and games and a ceiling fan.
