Summary: When I arrived Churchhill had not prepared the guest packet for me, so the person at the property was not able to give me a key. 8pm on a Monday I had to contact their night help desk. The person there was confused. I waited around in the lobby for about 15 minutes while she figured it out. My dinner got cold and my groceries got warm. I was never given the customary information - including wifi details. When I finally got into the unit, there was a dog barking in the unit next door for 3 hours. The walls were so paper thin it might as well have been in the unit with me.
