Amazing garden district charmer build in 1938 and beautifully renovated! Getaway Cottage is centrally located 8 minutes from winning casinos & walking distance to the lake, seawall, downtown, restaurants, stores, and historic Lock park. Perfect location to be close to Mardi Gras activities and parade. Also enjoy Lagunas Mexican Grill and Cantina, OB's Bar and Grill, and 121 Artisan Bistro close to the cottage. Helen's Street Bakehouse offers freshly baked breads and cookies daily. Enjoy fully stocked kitchen / bath amenities provided. Sip a cup of Joe or glass of wine on the front porch, while relaxing from a day at the beach. No smoking/ vaping and no drug use allowed. No parties. 1 small dog allowed with approval and pet fee. Not child proofed for safety, so please no children under the age of 12 y/o. We welcome questions. We hope to be your hosts soon while adventuring out in Lake Charles!
