There's also a playground for the kids and a basketball court within walking distance, in addition to fine dining areas, a post office, and a world class charter boat fleet. It's also located just a few blocks away from the beautiful Sunset Park on the ocean. Cabana Club Membership (Access to a private beach), 37' boat dock, kayaks, bikes and new private pool in the backyard are included in our rental property.
