Fence for young children, if needed. The home has four comfortable bedrooms, two newly renovated bathrooms, first floor tub and shower, upstairs brand new large shower , new kitchen with all LG appliances, granite counter tops, very comfortable living room and of course a beautiful pool right outside your door. The home has split air conditioning in each room for the utmost comfort. There is a great outdoor shower and of course beach chairs and bikes. Please families only. No groups.
