Welcome to our little paradise tucked away from the hustle and bustle on Galveston Bay. Just Breathe Hacienda will reset your mind and soul. The house is a perfect combination of fishing, crabbing, yet a 5-10 minute golf cart ride to the beach that is protected with no cars. The home is a 4 bedroom & 3 full bath with outdoor shower. There is a large game room with 2 queens , fuse ball, arcade with a tv, roku, playstation & stocked closet of board games. Next is the smaller bunk room with 4 twins and 2 full on bottom and twin on top. Next downstairs is a mother in law suite with double queens & 1 twin and private bath. Upstairs is a huge master suite with its own balcony to sit out and have a glass of wine and watch the kiddos night fish. There will never be a neighbor across the canal or one behind the home as they are grandfathered into coastal programs. Large den with comfy seating, great dining area, bar to sit at, fully stocked kitchen with ALL the necessities, including new Keurig coffee maker, new blender for the frozen fun, washer and dryer, plenty of seating inside and out and a fun pool table for the pool sharks. This home is the ONLY short term rental in the area. It's so close to 61st if you feel you need to hit up some of the amazing local hot spots. Yet, secluded enough that it makes for a very quaint island feel with. a family friendly environment.
Provided for the little ones is high chair, pack n play, gate /pen. We also have for no extra charge 2 paddle boards for the canal, large outdoor connect 4 game, corn hole, large jenga & beach chairs & bucket of beach toys. Our goal when sharing our home is to make the vacation very easy and convenient to come and stay with less packing. We tried to think of many things that families would want to do.
The canal has multiple underwater green fishing lights and 2 boat slips that can be utilized. A charcoal grill to cook up lunch or dinner from your catch of the day. There is an outdoor shower as well as a fish filleting station on the boat dock. This home is truly a fisherman's dream, along with a dream for those that love to spend the day at the beach! With a convenient golf cart rental you can swing on down to the beach, not dirty up the car and come back for lunch or whatever. Then at night kids, adults or anyone can fish, crab or just sit out and feel the breeze on the balconies. For the electronic folks we will have Xfinity tv and HIGH SPEED internet with Netflix on them and provide 2 Roku. We hope you enjoy our hidden gem and look forward to you making memories.
