Summary: We were in town for a softball tournament, traveling with little kids. I hand picked this hotel so the kids would be able to swim in our downtime. We arrived and the pool was closed all weekend. Front desk said we were welcome to use the pool at the hotel next door. Went there and it was not heated. It was 55 degrees out. I expected the cost of the room to be higher because of the indoor pool. I did not expect it to not be available. False advertising. And a refund, at least partial should be offered. Room was ok. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned very well, hair and dirt on the floor.
