The dock provides access to the Connecticut River or Long Island Sound for boating. You can use the canoes and kayaks. You wake up to views of two light houses and lots of birds.
It has beach rights at a beautiful uncrowded beach. It is near town and has easy access to the highway. It is only four miles from the New York train so friends can visit without cars. The garden is large and level perfect for croquet or soccer games. We have a great hottub, a canoe and bikes at the house. This is the way the Hamptons used to be. Why pay Hampton's prices when you can have it all here and much more.
