-We, the Primary residents, will be present on the property (on the separated private first floor) during the stay of our guests. There is a separate private entrance for each floor.
-Private Suite # 4 is a common area w/ bathroom and large kitchenette & sitting and dining area, with a private room #5 attached with private door(two twin XL). And TWO separate rooms (Queen bed) w/ private bathrooms on the second floor of Santa Monica home with a separate private entrance. One large primary common area attached to a separate room for 2 people. Each room includes large TV & Wifi. The kitchenette attached to Common area room #4 has a large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle. Coffee is provided. (see below). (Furniture subject to change)
Just north of Montana Avenue with shopping & restaurants, and a few blocks to the Santa Monica Beach and the Third Street Promenade.

--Fine for smoking inside the house: $1500 min. This is strictly a non-smoking home. A patio in the front yard is there for that purpose.
