All amenities: cookware, coffee pot & coffee, grill tools, etc. A modern, open concept floor plan w/ a sequestered master suite & bathroom. Also, a separate office w/ chair & table available. It’s cul-de-sac location allows for plentiful street parking in addition to the enclosed garage w/ remote. Grill in the backyard & relax. Sunset views are amazing here.
