With an express train commute to Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn, it's also a quick walk to super popular Green-Wood for wooded walks and Industry City, a hive of hip places to eat, drink and shop. Enjoy your sun-filled bedroom, comfy office, living room, eat-in kitchen -- then walk out past the free washer-dryer to the back yard garden, or upstairs to the roof deck for views of the Statue of Liberty.
The Space
Spacious queen bedroom with separate office for working and reading; LR with massively comfy leather couch and large TV; fully equipped eat-in-kitchen with dishwasher; backyard garden with grill; washer-dryer in basement; roof deck with gorgeous views of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty; and free on-street parking. We live there when you're not there - this isn't a picture-perfect rental property - but we've cleaned out the shelves and closet to make room for your things. Don't expect the gut-renovated construction of reality TV - our home was built in 1904 and been renovated dozens of times. Just not within the past decade or so. But it's clean!
