The Space:
As you enter this Uniquely styled home, you are greeted with a bright , beautiful open concept living/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities you will need. There is plenty of seating for family and friends to gather.
There are three bedrooms with sleeping for 6 guests. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor of the home and has a king size bed. The two additional bedrooms are located on the upper level. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has two twins.
There is a large boat/dock with rod holders and plenty of room for fishing and mooring your boat. There is a boat lift on site but it is NOT available for guest use.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the house in its entirety including the fishing dock. Guest DO NOT have access to the boat lift. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms available along with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a propane grill with a bottle for guest to use.
The Neighborhood:
This property is situated in a Canal Community centrally located between Rockport and Aransas Pass with nearby Port Aransas via a short Ferry Ride.
Getting Around:
Driftwood Dream is located in the beautiful neighborhood of City By The Sea. Just a short boat ride from Redfish and Estes Bay as well as Cove Harbor in Rockport and Conn Brown in Aransas Pass. Truly a fisherman's dream location! Dining, Shopping is also just minutes away. Driftwood Dream is calling your name!
