This is a large third floor studio apartment located in downtown Charleston. The apartment is equipped with a king sized bed, a bathroom with a standup shower, flat screened tv. The kitchenette features a regular sized refrigerator, sink, Keurig, and dining area.
This property offers a semi private pool available to guests upon request. The pool is private to the residence, however it is a shared space with the homeowner and his family as well as other guests that may be staying on the property. You will receive additional instructions on how to access it once your booking is confirmed.

The guests will access the apartment via a door code. Parking is located in the driveway in front of the stairs going up to the unit and the entrance to the driveway is located on Rutledge Avenue.
