2 Bedroom Condo in South Patrick Shores, Satellite Beach
Located on quiet Satellite Beach (no public access in the immediate vicinity), just south of Cocoa Beach, north of Melbourne and just one hour from Orlando and Disney. This 2nd floor unit has a superb direct ocean view from the balcony and every room in the unit. Our condo has recently received a full exterior renovation bringing the mid century architecture back into style. For 2024 we have no pool available as a new one will be built in 2025. Outdoor access is limited as the sea wall surrounding our building was just completed but we hope to offer beach access again mid April of 2024. The nearest beach approach which you can walk to on a sidewalk to or drive to is 1/4 mile south on a1a. Larger beach approaches also to the north and south a few miles away. We offer beach chairs, kids beach toys and beach towels for you to use at the beach.
All rooms are tastefully furnished with all the amenities you will need. The master suite includes a King bed, large dressing area w/ built in vanity, walk in closet and full bath with granite counter tops. The second bedroom includes a Queen & Twin bed with sitting area and oversized closet. Both bathrooms include a shower tub combination which is ideal for bathing young children. Ocean views can be seen from every room. Beautiful views from our unscreened and recently redone balcony, overlooking the beach with a southern view of the coast line.
We offer private, secured free wi-fi. We also offer desk space in the kitchen to work while on vacation.
Newly installed coin operated washers and dryers available on each floor of the 6th floor building. Our building is not a hotel but a condominium which is owned by owners many residing in the building. We have many friendly helpful neighbors onsite. Keyed access is required into the lobby which is a great security feature many buildings do not offer. Free parking onsite for one car during your stay. All common areas are currently being updated for future use. Two elevators or stairs are available.
Great for a vacation with the kids or even better, a romantic get-away for two. Lay on the beach or just sit on the balcony and take in the breathtaking view.
