These are located directly behind main house upstairs over the garage. We can sleep up to 25+ guests! Would you like to have a small intimate wedding or large family reunion? This is your place! We have 4 additional large private bedrooms w/attached baths available @ an additional cost as needed! Each large room is unique, with different sized beds, etc. So we can customize your stay based on your groups sleeping arrangements/needs so that everyone will be comfortable, at the right price. The total interior square footage is 7,000sf, and we can sleep up to 25+ guests. There are 2 kitchens, 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and several large outdoor gathering areas. This is a true Texas gem.
