Great screened porch, off street parking for 2 cars and 2 Rehoboth Beach permits available for use during your stay. Fenced yard for the little ones and the family dog, all the comforts of home - 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with 1 Double bed in each, and 1 bath with shower, 3nd floor has 1 bedroom with King bed and TV and one bedroom with 1 Queen bed and TV. There is a full bath on this level in the hall. Laundry room, storage, extra fridge and outside shower right off kitchen door. 1 parking space in driveway and you can park in yellow apron of driveway with no permit plus 2 RB permits available for use during your stay. DOG FRIENDLY!!!
