It's only 17 miles to Aiken S.C. and 19 miles from Fort Gordon, Augusta GA. A quick 2 minute trip around the corner to Starbucks, Walmart, and other shopping opportunities and restaurants. If you enjoy biking or walking, you're only 2 miles from the local greenway that stretches 12 miles through both North Augusta and Augusta. Leashed dogs are allowed on the greenway as well.
The property is a freestanding apartment upstairs with a total of 16 steps with a platform turned halfway up. Screened in porch with bench leads into a cozy, clean, and fully furnished open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. The bedroom is separated with a full bath included. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, microwave, utensils, coffee maker, coffee, sugars, and creamers. The non-working fireplace is located in the main part of space. We have put batteries/remote control candles for a nice cozy feeling. Pet friendly with access to a partially fenced yard. Small public green space across the street.
