Summary: Staff was very courteous. My room was never cleaned the entire time. I had to ask for clean towels. Phone was broke, it had to be exchanged. A/C was hard to manage the right temp. Pillows were very uncomfortable. The only handicap room needed was not available as it was under reconstruction due to mold issue.
