Summary: I went to my room, no door knob/lock. Next room, no remote and tv didn't work. Next room, tv didn't work. Next room, heat didn't work. Finally 5th try, everything worked. Terrible experience. At 1 point the front desk guy said do you need a tv? Really? What else is there to do in a hotel room? Run don't walk from this place. Wasn't even offered some kind of discount for the repeated inconvenience.
