With fully equipped kitchen (new appliances), cable, washer and dryer, outdoor shower, wood burning fireplace and outdoor grill. Charming screened in porch with glimpses of the bay and beautiful sunsets. Two bedrooms and full bath downstairs, two sleeping lofts and full bath upstairs.

Perfect location, quiet, private, secluded with access to sandy bay beach, but just 5 miles from main streets Sag Harbor and Southampton. Easy travel to Bridgehampton and East Hampton (you can avoid Route 27!), as well as Shelter Island.

Summary: This is a very charming beach bungalow with an authentic old Hamptons feeling. The location couldn't be better. The bay (5 minute walk) is a perfect location for young children or those who are intimidated by ocean waves, and the sunsets are spectacular. The house is perfectly located between three important town centers - Southampton, Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton, but feels worlds away from the pretentious nonsense that can sometimes be found in these towns. The bathrooms, outdoor furniture and queen bed downstairs could use some updating, but for the price, this rental cannot be beat. Larry is a very responsive host. I would definitely rent again.
