Newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath guest house with full kitchen, washer dryer, and dishwasher in unit. Bedroom has a walk-in closet. For professionals, a hairdryer, iron and iron board are provided and available for your daily use. Our full size kitchen has utensils, a pot, a pan, dishware for 2, and coffee mugs. If you need that morning coffee, there is a new Keurig coffee cup maker for your use. The full size refrigerator has filtered-water and an ice-maker. The 50 inch TV comes with internet and online apps to DisneyPlus, Netflix, Youtube and more (You'll need to login to your own account.) HDMI cable is provided for those that bring their own DVD/Blueray player or want to connect a laptop. This guest house is independent and has no connecting walls to the main house. It provides lots of privacy and little noise if any from the main house.
