Close to downtown event centers, Capitol Hill, Delta Center, ball park and great walking areas around historic Capitol Hill. You will also appreciate just minutes to local grocery stores, delicious and upscale bistros, coffee houses, museums and entertainment. Great view of the Temple lights at night from the bay windows and beautiful blooming chestnut.
This property includes one FREE PARKING space in gated and locked parking. Building has coded locks. Safe and secure building. Please keep in mind this is in the city and there can be noise from the street. There is no elevator and there are 3 short flights of stairs to access condo. (not ADA accessible)
