Positive: I liked the location near the Othello station. There is a neighborhood park accessible to everyone.

Negative: Saw small ants in the bathroom. You could hear conversation in the front parking lot coming through my bedroom. The backyard was not accessible. The sheets kept slipping off.

Summary: Convenient for a short stay. Used Otello station to go downtown Seattle, Lumen Field, and the pier.
