Our desirable location is down the road from top rated white sandy beaches. 1.4 miles to Treasure Island Beach and a short drive to St. Pete Beach, Pass-A-Grille, Sunset Beach, Fort De Soto and John's pass, just to name a few. Our home also provides close access to all downtown St. Petersburg has to offer, and the breadth of Tampa Bay’s vibrant happenings!
Looking for a little extra fun? Rent a golf cart locally and cruise around like a true Florida native!
Other things to note:
Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of coffee pods, laundry/dish detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can be rest assured that you will have high quality linens. We also provide plenty of bath and beach towels.
We do not allow pets. Non-cooperation will result in termination of rental agreement without refund.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside our home. Non-cooperation will result in termination of rental agreement without refund.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 30 years of age. We do not allow persons under 30 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 30 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.
This is not an event/party house and we ask that you not have unregistered guests during your stay. If maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, it will result in termination of rental agreement without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep our neighborhood enjoyable for everyone.
There is a 3 car maximum for your stay during all times. This includes both driveway and street parking. We ask that you please plan accordingly.
This is a residential area. We do not allow loud music at anytime. Please keep music/noise to respectful levels at all times. We do have “quiet hours” between 10PM and 7AM, thank you for understanding.
We do live nearby, if you need anything during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, we are usually able to respond very quickly and happy to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
The electric bikes in the garage are unfortunately not for guest use. There is a handful of local bike rental companies for you to use if you wish.
