Summary: Things weren’t as we expected. The room had a smell. I looked at the AC unit and it looked like it had not had the filter cleaned in a year. No fault of the owners but there is major construction going on outside as they are building a hotel right across the street and it comes with all the construction noise and traffic you would expect. It’s definitely a budget lodging.
