You’ll first be greeted by a small but inviting living area featuring a loveseat, ottoman, and a two-seat dining nook. A sliding glass door opens to stunning views of the open field behind the property, filling the space with natural light. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the brand-new flatscreen smart TV, fully equipped for streaming.
Step outside onto the newly installed hardscape patio, an ideal spot to savor morning sunrises or enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee while taking in the tranquil scenery.
The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for easy meal prep and cooking during your stay. It features brand-new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an electric range with oven, overhead microwave, and a convenient wooden island for extra prep space. Guest Access:
Guest have access to only the downstairs area. Our inside utility area where our washer and dryer are located is available upon request. We do use this space for cleaning the other two rentals above.
Other Things to Note:
We ask that you leave the home as you found it, dishes should be washed and put away, furniture all in its place, check out instructions followed the morning of your departure, etc.
No smoking or vaping (of any kind) in the house.
Our Policy Includes:
$50 one-time pet fee will be applied.
Well-behaved ONLY dogs (only one unless pre-approved for two dogs) are allowed with permission from host. Do not leave unattended for extended periods of time.
- Keeping them off furniture.
- Not allowing them upstairs or in bedrooms, we provide a gate.
- Do not leave them unattended for long periods of time, if left unattended we ask you bring a kennel.
- We only allow well behaved dogs and would like you to tell us a little more about your furry friend before we accept your booking.
We ask that you clean up their waste and dispose of it in the exterior garbage cans.
We kindly ask you remove trash & returnables from the home the day of your departure and place in designated barrels (refer to house manual.)
We understand accidents happen, if anything is broken during your stay, please notify your Host/Co-Host.
No large gatherings or events without owner's written permission. Limit number of guests to those that have been accounted for in the rental.
Interaction with Guests:
This property is self check-in but your Host or Co-Host are available by text or call throughout your stay.
