Laminate floor throughout the house. Air conditioning unit is located next to the patio door..
The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms with Smart 32" TVs, a full bathroom, and a balcony. There are 3 queen size bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub on the 2nd floor. An Air conditioning unit is located in the center of the hallway.
