Now that spring is here we are finishing up the landscaping which includes a patio and fenced back yard.

We are also just a 1/2 mile from the Dwight Merkel Sports Complex, BMX Spokane race track, Joe Albi Skate Park and the VA Hospital. The entire home has been renovated and is as close to a new home as you can get. It consists of three levels (Main floor, 2nd floor and basement) and is roughly 2300 sq/ft. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 Queen bedrooms and 1 Bedroom with two twinXL's. All beds are new and are either hybrid or memory foam beds. Kitchen table expands to accommodate 6+ chairs. The home has central A/C and is equipped with a tankless water heater to ensure everyone gets a hot shower.
