The location is perfect in that The Village of Virginia Trace, is right next to Lake Sumter Landing and centrally located within The Villages. All three squares are 5 to 22 minutes away by cart. Enjoy dancing or shopping steps away at Lake Sumter Landing. Engage in your favorite activities at nearby recreation centers. Play golf at the one of the four 27 hole championship courses or ten executive course within a 15 minute cart ride. And then take a refreshing dip at the Canal Street Recreation Center just around the corner, or the Adult Pool at the Virginia Trace Recreational Center. This split-plan home with the Master Bedroom completely separated from the Guest Bedrooms, has a huge main living area off the Kitchen for easy conversation between the cooks and guests. The Dining Room easily accommodates 6 and 2 barstools at the Kitchen counter allow for a quiet meal. Enjoy the Living Room with all new furniture including a new 55” TV. Plenty of room for entertaining, but cozy enough for evenings in. For your morning coffee and newspaper, there is also a small table and chair at the far end of the Kitchen. A larger slider opens completely from the living area to the outdoor lanai, giving you a lovely place to enjoy a bit of outdoors peace and quiet, or for afternoon drinks. If you enjoy cooking, then you’ll really enjoy the spacious kitchen which is fully stocked the gourmet chefs of the family. The specious master suite has a king sized bed with a TV/DVD to snuggle up for late night movies. A walk-in closet gives you lots of room to unpack and the private bathroom boasts double vanity, private toilet area and a large walk in rain shower. For guests the second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, roomy bedside tables, and closet with lots of room for clothes. There is also a TV for bedtime shows. The third bedroom doubles as a wonderful private sitting area with plenty of lighting, or pull out the trundle bed pulls to accommodate a couple more guests. Hidden within the entertainment center is another TV for viewing pleasures. The indoor laundry room has a high capacity washer and dryer. We are providing all linens, towels, pool towels, & hair dryer, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. Just bring your suitcase. High-speed internet and daily newspaper are included. If a golf cart is needed, we can help arrange for a 2 or 4 passenger cart to accommodate your needs. There is one bicycle at the house for your use as well.
