The treetop, mountain-view backdrop adds the finishing brushstrokes to the jaw-dropping canvas that greets guests when they step from their vehicles onto the circular drive.
"Come on in" beckons the wide-entry front porch with plenty of stylishly rustic design, comfortable seating, and everyone's favorite: a porch swing! Imagine sitting in the shade, watching the birds and butterflies fluttering in the lavishly dense but well-tended greenery.
This home offers gorgeous mountain views from the open and adjoining living room and kitchen.
Brand new furnishings, a gas-log fireplace, and a television in the living room are within clear view of the kitchen with its newer countertops and appliances, a farmhouse sink, and an island. This area is a great family and friends gathering space!
Down the hall on the main level is a very spacious laundry room with a fabulous folding table. Who wants to lug dirty laundry home with them? This extra convenience will add bonus points to your amazing mountain vacation experience!
The main bath is off the hallway, across from the main bedroom, and features a tub/shower combination.

Upstairs, in the loft area, overlooking the main living spaces, are two full beds, a large work desk, and a comfortable seating area. This charming enclave is ideal for weekend getaways for kids, teens, girls, or guys. Off the loft is a bedroom with a queen bed, a huge closet, and a second bath with a stand-up shower.

AREA WIDE NOTICE: Lake Lure will undergo a drawdown from January 1st, 2024, through the first quarter of 2024(March 31st). The lake will begin to be lowered by approximately 1 foot per day until 12 feet have been reached. Infrastructure maintenance, dredging, and dam projects will be expedited during this time frame. These efforts by the Town of Lake Lure may affect access to the lake and restrict any lake usage. For more information, click here. The lake will likely be back up to normal levels by mid to late April. While we understand this is an inconvenience, this does allow you to enjoy the full beauty of Lake Lure in the fall and holiday season. This will not affect the smaller lakes in the area, only Lake Lure itself.
