Condo includes washer/dryer in unit and has a full kitchen with granite countertops and large family room with wood-burning fireplace. The condo features two balconies on front and back of unit and also offers an outside shower to rinse off after a trip to the beach. One covered parking spot is included and 4 other guest spots available.
There is no HVAC in the building, however we have ceiling fans, box fans and space heaters.
Our unit sleeps six comfortably with a king bed, queen bed and a queen sized air mattress.
