Summary: Hotels.com listed as accommodates 4 people and there was one bed and no pull out couch when we got there. Baymont said they were unable to help with booking issues because we booked through third party so we were 4 people and one bed and one blanket. We went to ask for at least another blanket and they were not able to give us one until the next day. A lot of issues came up during our stay. Remote didn’t work, shower was not working properly and rusty, fridge and microwave were dirty with beans, no hand soap. Needless to say, it was a very uncomfortable stay.
