Short walk to the shops and restaurants on 2nd street, Belmont Shore. Great people watching and fantastic sunrise from the unit. Bayshore ave is closed to vehicular traffic from June 15 to Sept 15, 9 am to 5pm daily, creating a large "boardwalk" condition directly in front of the property. Please do not bring any undisclosed pets to the property for ANY amount of time as a $500 charge will be incurred.
