Welcome to Sand Dollar. This is a very special property located on an inviting quiet cul-de-sac and just 3 blocks (350 yards) to the Isle of Palms beach access paths. The closest beach access paths are located at 44th, 43rd and 42nd avenues.
Sand Dollar is a 5 bedroom, 5 bath dream home with garage game room, garden setting, pool, hot tub and large porches. This home is handicap accessible and includes private parking for four cars. Vacationing at Sand Dollar will create special memories of a lifetime. This is a family-friendly property and does not allow groups or parties.
The main floor has an expansive open floor plan connecting the gourmet kitchen with large table and island to the living room and foyer. Glass doors line the rear of the home and lead to the large porch overlooking the pool that is perfect for morning coffee or an evening dinner. There are two bedrooms on the main level. Bedroom 1 contains a king bed with a full bathroom including a wheelchair accessible shower. This room opens onto the back porch and swing bed. Bedroom 2 is also on the main floor and includes two Queen Beds with dresser and full bath.
The top floor includes the master bedroom, bunk beds, and bedrooms 3 and 4. The master bedroom has a king bed, sitting area and full bath with double sinks and clawfoot tub. Bedrooms 3 and 4 include king beds with attached full baths. The upstairs hall contains a bunk bed nook perfect for the kids.
All bedrooms have been professionally decorated and include HDTVs.
The garage area has been designed for fun and entertaining. This area opens up to the pool side and includes 2 couches, a refrigerator, a ping pong table, HDTV and two table and chair areas. The garage is perfect for spring and summer nights by the pool. Please remember to keep the noise levels down as Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance that is strictly enforced.
The private hot tub and pool are accessible to guests and are serviced twice weekly. The pool area has 6 lounge chairs and an outdoor shower.
Elevator access is available for guests with handicap needs. Please communicate any elevator needs at the time of reservation not after guest arrival.
This property does not allow parties, smoking, or use of the fireplace.
Golf cart rentals are available through our favorite local companies. Beach chairs, beach towels, and beach cart are included. Linens, bath towels, and starter soaps are also included.
